Support Essential Health Care in the Sandhills

The Moore Free Care Clinic is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. It does not receive any federal or state funds and is dependent upon the generosity of the community. You can aid the clinic by considering a tax-deductible contribution to assist with the daily work of the clinic.

The Moore Free Care Clinic Foundation is available for those who wish to give long-term support during their lifetime or through the proceeds of a will or estate. To explore these options, please contact the clinic, 910-246-5333.

The clinic also welcomes corporate donations of goods and services that will support community-based efforts to care for the uninsured. Every donation makes a difference, so please consider showing your support by contributing today.

1. Gifts of Cash

Make an unrestricted donation; or designate to the Moore Free Care Clinic program of your choice (Medical or Pharmacy). Please print this linked form, complete it, and include it with your donation. Send a check or money order to the following address:

2. Securities

Gifts of stock, mutual funds, and other securities are welcome. The clinic has made gifting of securities an easy process. Please see the attached linked form for information.

3. Memorial or Tribute Gifts

Make a donation in memory of a loved one, or in honor of an esteemed colleague or friend. The family of the deceased, or person honored, will be notified of such gifts. Please see the attached linked form for information.
