Fee for Service Program

The need for affordable access to health care is growing daily. Moore Free & Charitable Clinic, with the strong financial and in-kind support from community members and the medical community, has provided health care to nearly 6000 Moore County residents. While the Moore County community has been most benevolent, unfortunately, the Clinic cannot meet its budget needs without asking patients to contribute as they are able.
Income-based fees for Clinic visits are listed below.  Medication assistance and blood pressure checks are at no cost.

 $35.00

Some examples of how these percentages are applied are below:

• A household of 2 with annual household income of $16,240 or less pays $5
• A household of 5 with annual household income of $28,070 or less, pays $5
• A household of 3 with annual household income of $20,624 to 25,540 pays $15
• A household of 2 with annual household income of $ 20,462 to $24,360 pays $25
• A household of 4 with annual household income of $37,146 to $43,050 pays $30
• A household of 4 with annual household income $43,296 to $49,200 pays $35
New patients will be advised of the amount they will pay for service at time of certification. Your fee will be collected at the time of check-in. At this time, we are only able to accept cash but we are working to be able to accept credit/debit card payments in the future.
